1. If you cancel more than 60 days before the start of your tour, you will receive a full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
2. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the start of your tour, you will receive a 50% refund.
3.  If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your tour, no refund will be given.
4.  If you fail to show up for your tour, no refund will be given.

*Please note that any refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process.

*In the event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disaster, or other events beyond our control, we will offer you the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.

*We recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may cause them to cancel their tour.

*If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling your tour or changing the number of participants, please contact us at least 30 days before the start of your tour. Changes made less than 30 days before the start of your tour may be subject to additional fees. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this.
