Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in road cycling tours provided by Cadence Cycle Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 ## 1. Booking and Payment

1.1. **Reservations:** To book a tour, you must complete our booking form and provide accurate information.

1.2. **Payment:** Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept: credit?/e-transfer.

1.3. **Tour Confirmation:** Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

## 2. Cancellation and Refunds

 2.1. **Cancellation by Participant:** Cancellations must be made in writing. Cadence Cycle Tours’ cancellation policy is as follows(or link to cancelation policy, with I have read and understand check box with e-initials either below or on page)

2.2. **Cancellation by Cadence Cycle Tours:** The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. Cadence Cycle Tours is not responsible for expenses outside of what is included in a Cadence Cycle Tours package. Travel insurance is recommended.

## 3. Tour Details

3.1. **Tour Itinerary:** Cadence Cycle Tours will provide a detailed tour itinerary, including start times and meeting points. Participants are responsible for arriving on time.

3.2. **Health and Fitness:** Participants should ensure they are in good physical condition and inform Cadence Cycle Tours of any medical conditions or allergies.

3.3. **Equipment:** Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of rental equipment provided by Cadence Cycle Tours.

## 4. Liability and Insurance

 4.1. **Liability Waiver:** Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the tour. Cadence Cycle Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour.

4.2. **Insurance:** Participants are encouraged to have their own travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

## 5. Code of Conduct

5.1. **Safety:** Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Cadence Cycle Tours’ guides.

5.2. **Respect:** Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, guides, and locals with respect and courtesy.

## 6. Changes to Tours

6.1. **Tour Alterations:** Cadence Cycle Tours reserves the right to make itinerary changes due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors.

## 7. Privacy

7.1. **Data Protection:** Cadence Cycle Tours will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

## 8. Governing Law

8.1. **Jurisdiction:** These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
